1. PSA/RMM vendor hosts online conference: All-in-one RMM and PSA platform provider Atera is offering its first online IT summit for managed service providers and IT departments. Ateraverse, inspired by the theme “Future-fit IT” will be offered May 3-4 with sessions covering trends in cybersecurity, strategies for reducing tech debt, and streamlining IT operations. Atera expects 3,000 registrants.
2. New CISO and portal at Cytracom: Cytracom has hired James Hill as its new CISO and launched the Cytracom Trust Center. Hill most recently served as a senior partner at boutique security consulting firm CastleLock. The Trust Center portal provides access to compliance documentation and was created to help Cytracom communicate at scale with MSPs, sharing information in real-time about its own.
3. Pax8 adds Malwarebytes: Cloud commerce marketplace Pax8 is partnering with real-time cyber protection provider Malwarebytes to offer the company’s technology in the Pax8 cloud marketplace as a new global security vendor. Pax8 MSPs will get access to Malwarebytes’ all-in-one endpoint security portfolio for advanced and affordable protection for businesses. Malwarebytes solutions available in the Pax8 Marketplace include endpoint protection and response (EDR), endpoint protection (ER), incident response (IR), mobile security, vulnerability and patch management, DNS filtering, application block, and managed detection and response service (MDR).
4. Multi-cloud management market futures: A new market research report says the multi-cloud management market will reach a peak of $121.35 billion by 2033, growing by 28% compound annual growth rate (CAGR), over the next 10 years. That’s according to Future Market Insights, which says that businesses are choosing multi-cloud management tools to guarantee effective and dependable services at reduced costs across different platforms without falling into vendor lock-in.
5. New integrations for SentinelOne: Cybersecurity platform company SentinelOne  has announced new integrations with key industry players Aruba, Checkpoint, Cisco, Darktrace, Extrahop, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, and an enhanced collaboration with Vectra AI which expand the company’s firewall and network detection and response (NDR) capabilities. The company said the new integrations will allow organizations of all sizes to gain the insights they need to rapidly identify and respond to attacks across all vectors.
